1. CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION DIRECTLY THROUGH THIS SITE?

2. WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex trough PAYPAL. All transactions will be charged additional 4% fee.
3. DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK IF WE CANCEL OUR RESERVATION?
We encourage all travelers to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their financial investment. We include the option to purchase Travel Insurance on all invoices and require that travelers decline coverage in writing should they wish to not purchase it. Our experience shows, that guests, who purchase Travel Insurance including trip cancellation, interruption, delay, baggage and personal effects loss travel more assuredly. Adventure Slovenia and our suppliers strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy for public tour departures and will make no exceptions. Fee per person:
- 61-90 days 25% of trip cost,
- 31-60 days 50% of trip cost,
- 0-30 days 100% of trip cost.
For reservations canceled with at least 61 days advance notice, we will apply your cancellation penalties to a future reservation – no questions asked! This credit will be valid for travel within one year of the date of cancellation.
4. WHEN IS MY BOOKING FINAL?
Your booking is final once we received your payment either online (via our secure payment form) or PayPal. Afterwards we email you voucher.
5. AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATION, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET CONFIRMATION?
Within 12 hours! After submitting your Booking Request you will immediately receive an e-mail, containing your ORDER ID confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed. Within 12 hours our reservation staff will advise you on booking details by email.
6. HOW SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR STAFF AFTER 12 HOURS PASSED?
Within sometime, the voucher number or our mail may go into your junk mail, bulk mail, or spam mail. You should check your mail in those mailbox if after 12 hours passed without any response from us. In case you do not find any revert mail from us, please contact us asap. Then our staff will contact to you shortly!
7. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TRAVEL?
Our busiest time is April to October. Outside of these times Slovenia is just as spectacular. During our cooler months November to March days are often sunny and calm. This is the best time for photography and viewing the winter life in Slovenia.
8. HOW MANY GUIDES WILL BE ON MY TRIP?
Each trip will be led by a qualified and experienced guide. He will be assisted by a number of junior guides, with varying levels of experience and qualifications. We generally allocate 1 guide to every 7 or 8 guests.
9. WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?
All our lead guides are qualified in first aid, and carry a first aid kit with them. In the case of an emergency, as with any wilderness adventure, the guide will have to call EMT!
10. DOES PRICE INCLUDES HOTEL PICK UP?
Yes it does, but please tell us where you going to stay few days before departure so we can pick you up at the time.
11. WHAT KIND OF TRANSPORT DO YOU USE?
We generally travel with vans depending of the size of the group. There will always be extra seats and great music, and of course interesting commmentary from your guides.
12. I’VE NEVER TRAVELED WITH A GROUP BEFORE. WHAT’S IT LIKE?
Our trips have resulted in life long friendships and even marriages! We aim fun our tours and we find everyone seems to get along just fine. Traveling in such a small group makes things like logistics pretty easy. Often our clients comment they have perfect balance of group time and private time away from the group during the tour.
13. IS SLOVENIA SAFE TO TRAVEL?
Of course it is, it’s one of the safest country in the world!
