Born in Slovenia’s Karst region, Sara Vatovec was shaped early on by its raw landscapes and deep connection to nature. She is a licensed medical doctor and a UIMLA-certified Mountain and Multi-Adventure Guide, combining technical expertise with an exceptional level of safety awareness.
Drawn to an active and dynamic lifestyle, Sara has a deep passion for sport, the outdoors, nature, people, and travel. She is fluent in English and Spanish, having also guided extensively in the mountains of Spain. Calm, confident, and highly attentive, she leads guests through Slovenia’s landscapes with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
